Change Your Username & Password

Your Wayground username differs from the email address you use to log in and/or sign up. Wayground will use your username throughout the Wayground site, and this username will be shared along with the student reports that you share with students/guardians.

Note that Wayground does not allow merging two accounts.

To change your username, follow these steps:

1. 1. Click on your profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of your screen 
2. 2. From the menu, click on 'Settings'
3. 3. In the 'Account' section, click on 'Edit'
4. 4. Enter the username you prefer. If your desired username is not available, use special characters, numbers, and/or symbols until the save option turns green
5. 5. Click on 'Save changes'
   
   

To change your password, follow these steps:  

1. 1. Click on your profile icon located at the bottom-left corner of your screen 
2. 2. From the menu, click on 'Settings'
3. 3. In the 'Password' section, click on 'Edit'
4. 4. Enter your old password in the required field
5. 5. Type your new password in the required field
6. 6. Confirm your new password by typing it again in the required field (copy and paste will not work here) 
7. 7. Click on 'Save changes'
