Restore a Deleted Report

In case you accidentally deleted a report, here’s how you can retrieve it:

1. 1. Log in to your Wayground account
2. 2. Click on the help icon () in the bottom right corner of your screen
3. 3. Select 'Contact Support' and click on 'Contact Us'
4. 4. Type in your query like this:
   1. Enter your Wayground email address and name
   2. Type 'Restore report' as the subject
   3. In the 'Description' field, enter the name of the report and the host’s email address. If you are the host, then type your Wayground-associated email address
   4. In the 'What problem are you facing?' menu, select 'Restore Quiz/Report'
5. 5. Click on 'Send' 

A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible and help you restore your deleted report!

Note that Wayground will not be able to retrieve reports if:

1. 1. If the report was deleted when a session was running or active 
2. 2. If a player’s entry in the report was deleted
