Import Existing Content From the Wayground Library Into Your Resource

Use questions and slides from millions of publicly available resources (Assessments, Interactive Videos, Passages, and Lessons) created daily by the teacher community. You can also combine content from multiple resources and add it directly to your own.

In this article, we will learn how to: 

1. Combine questions or slides from another resource with yours, and
2. Quick Teleport questions from an Assessment/Quiz to create your own Assessment/Quiz on the spot

Part 1: Combine questions or slides from another resource with yours

For resources like Assessments/Quizzes, Passages, and Interactive Videos:

1. Create a resource (Assessment/Quiz, Passage, or Interactive Video)
   • If you have already created your resource, you can access it from the 'Library' section and edit it
2. Click on the search bar and type the topic or subject name for the available resources tagged with the same topic or subject 
3. Click on a resource to preview its content
   1. Click on '+ Add question' to import questions one by one into your resource
   2. Click on '+ Add all questions' to import all the questions in bulk with a single click
4. Customize or edit the questions as desired 
5. Once your resource is ready, hit 'Publish'

Your resource is now ready to be used as a live or homework session.

For a Lesson:

1. Create a Lesson
   • If you have already created your Lesson, you can access it from the 'Library' section and edit it
2. Click on 'Wayground Library' from the left menu of your screen
3. Enter the name of the required topic in the search field
4. Select the box next to 'Lessons' or 'Interactive Videos' to narrow your result options
5. Select a resource to preview its content
   
   
6. Click on '+ Add slide' or '+ Add question' to add it to your Lesson
   1. Alternatively, you can also '+ Add all slides' or '+ Add all questions' from a resource to your Lesson
   2. If you want to add an Interactive Video to the Lesson, select an Interactive Video and click on '+ Add this Interactive Video'
7. Customize the slides as desired
8. Once your lesson is ready, click on 'Publish'. Your Lesson is now ready for a live or an asynchronous session

Part 2: Quick Teleport questions to create an Assessment/Quiz on the spot

1. Click on the search bar on your Explore page and enter a topic of your choice
2. Click on 'Assessments'
3. Hover over an Assessment/Quiz, and click on 'Add' or 'Add question' to Quick Teleport a question from the Assessment one by one
4. Click on 'Preview' or 'Open in Editor' on the 'Quick Teleport' bar to view the saved content or make any edits
   
   
   
   
5. Once you're happy with your Assessment/Quiz,
   1. Click on 'Save quiz' or 'Save lesson' to save your resource on the 'Quick Teleport' bar, and then click on 'Publish'
   2. Hit 'Publish' directly in the top right corner if you're on the editor page
