What happens if I’m on the Individual (Super) plan and get added to the School/District plan?

If you already have an individual Wayground subscription and your school adds you to their school plan, here’s what happens:

Do I get a refund for my Individual (Super) plan subscription?

Yes. When you are added to a School/District plan, you will receive a full refund for your Individual (Super) plan subscription.

Will the refund happen automatically?

  • Yes, automatically: If both plans (Individual and School/District) are within the same school year and the email address on your Individual (Super) plan matches the one your school/district used, the refund will be processed automatically.

  • No, manual request:

    • If the Individual (Super) plan and the School/District plan were purchased in different school years, or

    • If your school used a different email address to add you, 

You’ll need to contact support@wayground.com. Our team will align your account details and process your refund.

Do I need to cancel my subscription to the Individual (Super) plan manually?

No. Once you’re added to the School/District plan, your Individual (Super) plan subscription is canceled automatically (as long as it’s in the same school year and the email addresses match).
