How do I cancel my Wayground subscription?

You can cancel your subscription based on the type of plan you're on. Here’s what you need to do:

For users with the Wayground School or District plan

Please send an email to support@wayground.com. A support agent will contact you shortly to help with the cancellation.

For users with the Wayground Individual plan (formerly Super)

If your plan has already renewed and you’d like to cancel, please email support@wayground.com, and our team will assist you.

To cancel your upcoming renewal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Wayground account
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen
3. From the drop-down menu, click on 'Settings'
4. Scroll down to find the plan details section and click on 'Manage plan'
5. Scroll down and click on the 'Cancel plan' button
6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation
